Gilles Rousset’s long kick to Stephane Adam secured us Cup glory in 1998. Paulo Sérgio guided our team to Cup success in 2012. And where does one even start with the legend that is Rudi Skacel in both our 2006 and 2012 Cup triumphs.

The theme continues. More recently, it was Cammy Devlin at the double to beat Rosenborg and Kenneth Vargas who drove us into another Cup semi-final.

Off the pitch, the influence of faraway fans has been massive. Often, for the very reason that they have not been able to get to Tynecastle,
they have demonstrated their dedication by backing the cub via their pledges to
the Foundation.

Their backing helps us to make huge differences. In today’s football world, money talks, so the more funds we put into the club, the more we can attract and retain top players. With that,
we can enjoy European trips, Cup runs, and success in the league.

Off the pitch, we can support the Academy and
its development of our young players. We can back our charity, Big Hearts, in the life-changing work that it delivers. We can continue to see our stadium enhanced so that it generates additional funds for our club and is home to the evocative Museum and emotional Memorial Garden. We can drive forward community-led initiatives such as the Innovation Centre and the Maroon Mile.
